We currently ship to United States and Canada.  If your location is concerned a remote area by DHL, we may choose not to ship your package and refund it as the shipping cost is too high for us to ship to certain remote area

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and Paypal.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Snacks and snack boxes are not returnable after purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your box, please contact us here and we will gladly read your feedback as we are always trying to improve the Munch Addict experience.

Address Changes

You can change your shipping address any time by logging into your account. Please note that addresses need to be updated 24 hours before the “billing date.” The billing date is the 3rd of every month. If you update your address on or after your bill
