Munch Addict Help Center - Frequently Asked Questions

If it's your very first order or you did not order a subscription box, we usually build your box within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends) of your purchase.  After that, we issue you a tracking number from either DHL, USPS or UPS.  It can take anywhere from 3-8 business days once you have received a tracking number.  Rest assured, you're package is coming out as fast as possible!

If you are on a subscription and are waiting for the current month's box to ship, please read our shipping rules. If it's your first order of your subscription we ship it right away and you can refer to the shipping times in the above paragraph, otherwise we will ship the current month's box from the 3rd-15th of each month.

When will my order ship?

If you already placed your order and it has not been fulfilled, we may still be able to change your address. First, select "No I need more help" at the bottom of this chat window.  Then, please reply to this with your order number or email address and the full updated shipping address and we will try our best to change it. Once orders are fulfilled and you have received a tracking number, it is too late to change the address.

Help! I entered in the wrong address for my order.

Enter the email you used when you purchased your subscription.  You should receive a link to activate your account (please check spam and promotion folders in case you don't receive it).  You should be able to access your account after that.

How do I access my account?

You can cancel your subscription through your customer portal. If you have not activated your account yet or logged in before.  Please visit this link first to activate your account:

From here, enter your email that you used to purchase the subscription and you should receive an activation email for your account.  From there you should be able to cancel your subscription following the directions here:

Please note: if you added a drink to your subscription or a bonus item that you make sure to cancel ALL subscriptions if you do not want to be billed further.  A drink is considered it's own separate subscription and must also be canceled.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The way our shipping process works for our subscription is that we send a box as soon as you place your first order with us.  After that, you will be charged on the 3rd of every month, but your box will ship from the 3rd-15th.  We do this in order to ensure we have enough materials for all subscribers in any given month. How does billing/shipping work for subscriptions?

If you are looking to update your address for your subscrition, you can update your shipping address by logging into your account, and clicking 'Manage Subscription'.  Find your subscription and update your address in your specific subscription.  We have instructions on how you can do this here:

Please keep in mind that this only changes your subscription for future orders. Any order that has already been processed and paid for will ship to the older address.  If you want to change an order that has already been processed, but has still not received a tracking number, please reply to this with your desired full address and we will do the best we can to change your current order. If you are unable to figure it out how to change your address in the customer portal, please reply with the full updated address and we'll try our best to assist you.
