What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 2 months ago

Generally, snacks and snack boxes are not returnable after purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your box, please contact us here and we will gladly read your feedback as we are always trying to improve the Munch Addict experience.

Please be mindful of your area and climate.  We ship things like chocolates, gummies and more snacks that can melt or get hard in cold weather. Please use your best judgement when picking out your snacks.

Munch Addict Plus

Munch Addict Plus is a new service we've added on that will protect your packages further. Often times, certain candy and chocolate can melt in the weather and we usually expect the customer to understand their own conditions when purchasing.  This service protects your package against this type of damage or snacks being damaged in the shipping process.  We'll either give you store credit, replace the snacks if we have them in stock or give you a refund on the damaged snacks.

You may be asked to provide photo evidence of the damage so we can assess the damage and further improve our packaging process.  This service is excellent for customers who order more than 10 snacks and want certain assurances.  Without Munch Addict Plus there is NO guarantee we'll replace, refund or credit your damaged items, especially due to climate of the customer's address.
