If you purchased your box the same month as your birthday, you will not receive points as this works as a fraud protection so users don't add their birthday the same month in order to receive points. You will have to wait 30 days for you to receive
Yes! You can absolutely use your points towards your active subscription to lower the cost of your next box. Simply visit the My Rewards page and scroll down to the "Redeem Points Towards Active Subscriptions" section and choose your reward.
