How does your subscription work?Updated 3 months ago

On all subscriptions, your first order will ship right away. It takes us 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to create your box unless you added priority processing which it will then take 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).  After that, we ship your box out using the shipping method you chose at checkout which will the amount of days shown at checkout to get to you.  All subscription boxes after your first one will ship between the 3rd-15th of the subsequent month. Please read about cut off dates if you placed your order after the 21st.

Monthly Subscriptions

You will be billed immediately on the day you made your purchase. Every month after you will be billed on the 3rd of each month. 

Prepaid Subscriptions 

You will be charged every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on which plan you chose.  

For example if you subscribed September 5, 2019 for a 6 month prepaid plan, you will be billed on March 3, 2020.

Cut Off Dates

Please keep in mind our cut off date is the 21st, so for example, if you purchase your subscription on March 23rd, you will not be billed or sent another box again until May 3rd to allow more time for you to receive your package before getting billed again.

Cancellations

All subscriptions can be canceled at anytime and billing will stop immediately. If you are on a prepaid subscriptions you will still receive ALL boxes you paid for. You will not be able to receive a refund for prepaid subscription boxes that haven't been sent out yet.
