You can cancel at anytime!  All cancellations need to made 24 hours or 1 day before your billing date. This is very important since our systems our all automated we will not be able to provide refunds for cancellations on or after your billing date.  

When you cancel a prepaid subscription, you will still receive all the boxes you paid for. We do not do prorated refunds for boxes that have not been received yet.
